雙向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)消光(guang)膜(mo)(mo)通常是(shi)一(yi)面啞光(guang)一(yi)面亮光(guang)或者兩面消光(guang)的BOPP薄(bo)膜(mo)(mo),主要是(shi)通過(guo)對(dui)光(guang)線進行(xing)散(san)射(she)來(lai)實現消光(guang)的效(xiao)果(guo),能(neng)提(ti)升印(yin)刷外包裝(zhuang)的檔(dang)次,由于(yu)消光(guang)膜(mo)(mo)的消光(guang)能(neng)給人一(yi)種柔和(he)(he)、時尚典(dian)雅的高檔(dang)感(gan),消除眼睛疲勞,因此BOPP消光(guang)膜(mo)(mo)在包裝(zhuang)領域的使用(yong)越來(lai)越廣泛,特別(bie)適用(yong)于(yu)涂布、復合等(deng)深加工行(xing)業和(he)(he)領域。
目前用于功(gong)能(neng)涂(tu)(tu)布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)BOPP消(xiao)(xiao)光膜,仍然存在(zai)以下不足:一是(shi)(shi)基材(cai)挺度不夠而導致BOPP消(xiao)(xiao)光膜在(zai)生產和下游應(ying)用過程(cheng)中膜卷容易(yi)出現縱紋、起皺(zhou)的(de)(de)膜卷平整度問(wen)題(ti),縱紋、起皺(zhou)會影響功(gong)能(neng)涂(tu)(tu)布(bu)(bu)后的(de)(de)膜面質量;二是(shi)(shi)用于功(gong)能(neng)涂(tu)(tu)布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)光層表面張力保持性不夠,導致在(zai)功(gong)能(neng)涂(tu)(tu)布(bu)(bu)(例(li)如:功(gong)能(neng)涂(tu)(tu)布(bu)(bu)形成(cheng)防刮層)之前需(xu)要(yao)在(zai)消(xiao)(xiao)光層表面再次電(dian)暈(yun)處理(li),然而再次電(dian)暈(yun)處理(li)只能(neng)用于較厚(hou)的(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)光膜,此種方式用于厚(hou)度較薄的(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)光膜(通常在(zai)20μm以下)容易(yi)出現收解卷困難、膜卷打(da)皺(zhou)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),無法適(shi)應(ying)高速自動(dong)化(hua)生產的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
基于(yu)此,本發明的(de)目的(de)在于(yu),提供一種雙向拉伸聚丙烯消光(guang)(guang)膜(mo)及其制(zhi)備方法,所述(shu)雙向拉伸聚丙烯消光(guang)(guang)膜(mo)具有高挺(ting)度(du)、表面張力持(chi)久的(de)優點(dian),一方面能夠改(gai)善(shan)薄膜(mo)在生產(chan)和下游應用過程中(zhong)膜(mo)卷(juan)出現(xian)縱紋、起皺(zhou)的(de)膜(mo)卷(juan)平整度(du)問題,另(ling)一方面無需再次電(dian)暈處理即可用于(yu)功能涂布并保證形成(cheng)的(de)功能涂布層(ceng)與上表層(ceng)(即消光(guang)(guang)層(ceng))之間的(de)粘結性(xing)。
為實現上(shang)述目的,本發(fa)明(ming)采用(yong)以下技術方案:
一種雙向拉伸聚丙(bing)烯(xi)消光(guang)膜,包括依序設置(zhi)的(de)上(shang)表層(ceng)、中間(jian)層(ceng)和(he)下表層(ceng);所(suo)述(shu)上(shang)表層(ceng)為消光(guang)層(ceng),包括40-50wt%高密度聚乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)、42-47wt%無(wu)規共聚聚丙(bing)烯(xi)和(he)3-8wt%乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)-5-降(jiang)冰片(pian)烯(xi)-2-乙(yi)(yi)酸酯嵌段共聚物;所(suo)述(shu)中間(jian)層(ceng)為挺度控制層(ceng),包括均聚聚丙(bing)烯(xi);所(suo)述(shu)均聚聚丙(bing)烯(xi)的(de)分子鏈中由(you)熔融(rong)溫(wen)度T1∈[136,175]℃的(de)第(di)(di)一鏈段組分和(he)熔融(rong)溫(wen)度T2∈(175,180]℃的(de)第(di)(di)二(er)鏈段組分連(lian)接而成;所(suo)述(shu)第(di)(di)二(er)鏈段組分占(zhan)所(suo)述(shu)均聚聚丙(bing)烯(xi)的(de)5-15wt%。
本發明(ming)的(de)所述(shu)雙向拉(la)伸(shen)聚(ju)(ju)丙(bing)烯消(xiao)光(guang)膜,通過對所述(shu)上表(biao)層(ceng)(ceng)和所述(shu)中間層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)組分(fen)進(jin)行(xing)設計,提高所述(shu)雙向拉(la)伸(shen)聚(ju)(ju)丙(bing)烯消(xiao)光(guang)膜的(de)挺度和表(biao)面(mian)張力持久等性能,一方(fang)面(mian)能夠改善薄膜在生(sheng)產和下游應用(yong)過程(cheng)中膜卷(juan)出現縱紋、起皺的(de)膜卷(juan)平整(zheng)度問題,另一方(fang)面(mian)無需(xu)再次電暈(yun)處理(li)既可保證(zheng)用(yong)于功(gong)能涂布(bu)時形成的(de)功(gong)能涂布(bu)層(ceng)(ceng)與(yu)上表(biao)層(ceng)(ceng)(消(xiao)光(guang)層(ceng)(ceng))之(zhi)間的(de)粘結(jie)性。
本發明的所(suo)述(shu)雙向(xiang)拉伸聚丙烯(xi)消(xiao)光(guang)膜,在所(suo)述(shu)上(shang)表層(ceng)即消(xiao)光(guang)層(ceng)中采用(yong)40-50wt%高密度聚乙烯(xi)、42-47wt%無規共聚聚丙烯(xi)和3-8wt%乙烯(xi)-5-降冰片烯(xi)-2-乙酸酯(zhi)嵌段(duan)共聚物,使所(suo)述(shu)雙向(xiang)拉伸聚丙烯(xi)消(xiao)光(guang)膜的所(suo)述(shu)上(shang)表層(ceng)具有消(xiao)光(guang)均(jun)勻(yun)、表面張力持(chi)久以及(ji)高挺(ting)度的性能,改(gai)善所(suo)述(shu)雙向(xiang)拉伸聚丙烯(xi)消(xiao)光(guang)膜在生產(chan)和下游應用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中膜卷(juan)容易出現縱紋、起皺的膜卷(juan)平整度問題,無需再次電暈處理既可保證用(yong)于功(gong)(gong)能涂布時形成的功(gong)(gong)能層(ceng)與上(shang)表層(ceng)(消(xiao)光(guang)層(ceng))之間(jian)的粘(zhan)結性。
其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)為乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)和5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作為合成(cheng)單體的(de)(de)(de)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu),包括相對偏(pian)軟的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)和偏(pian)硬的(de)(de)(de)5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)。所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)是(shi)由茂金(jin)屬催化采用(yong)梯度(du)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)法合成(cheng),其(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子量分(fen)(fen)(fen)布(bu)(bu)較寬(PDI為1.3-1.6),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)是(shi)一(yi)種結(jie)(jie)晶性(xing)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu),因所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)存(cun)在含量較低的(de)(de)(de)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子鏈而(er)使相對偏(pian)軟的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)呈現出結(jie)(jie)晶性(xing),使所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)具有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)(jie)晶度(du)。一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)(mian),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)(jie)晶部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen))協同所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)剛性(xing)環狀(zhuang)結(jie)(jie)構,在不(bu)影響消光(guang)(guang)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)前提下,有(you)利(li)于消光(guang)(guang)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)挺度(du)的(de)(de)(de)提升,并協同所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)間層(ceng)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)同提高(gao)薄膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)整體挺度(du);另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)(mian),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)極性(xing)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基有(you)利(li)于電暈處(chu)理(li)后的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)表面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力,而(er)所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-5-降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)冰(bing)(bing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)-2-乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嵌段(duan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)剛性(xing)環狀(zhuang)結(jie)(jie)構則(ze)有(you)利(li)于減(jian)緩表面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力衰減(jian)速度(du),提高(gao)經過電暈處(chu)理(li)后的(de)(de)(de)消光(guang)(guang)層(ceng)表面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力的(de)(de)(de)持久性(xing),共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)同作用(yong)改善因表面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力衰減(jian)嚴重而(er)失(shi)效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)問題,無需再次電暈處(chu)理(li)就可保證(zheng)薄膜(mo)在后續功(gong)能涂(tu)布(bu)(bu)應用(yong)時在功(gong)能涂(tu)布(bu)(bu)層(ceng)與上(shang)表層(ceng)(消光(guang)(guang)層(ceng))之間的(de)(de)(de)粘結(jie)(jie)性(xing),尤其(qi)適用(yong)于超薄消光(guang)(guang)膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)涂(tu)布(bu)(bu)。
本發明所述的雙向拉伸聚丙(bing)烯消(xiao)光(guang)膜的表面張(zhang)力持久、挺度高(gao),通過優化(hua)中間層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和消(xiao)光(guang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的材料成分,提高(gao)消(xiao)光(guang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表面張(zhang)力持久、消(xiao)光(guang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和中間層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的挺度等(deng)性能,滿足(zu)涂布工藝,且能適應高(gao)速自動(dong)化(hua)生產。
