基(ji)于FLUENT19.0軟件,建立了激光焊接熱(re)-流(liu)耦合模型,對(dui)比分析了不同表面張力(li)溫度系數(為負值)對(dui)熔(rong)池(chi)流(liu)場(chang)的影響(xiang)。
結果表(biao)(biao)明,隨著(zhu)表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)力(li)(li)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)小,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)后方順時(shi)針漩(xuan)渦的(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)動趨勢逐(zhu)漸(jian)減(jian)弱,甚至消失,而(er)且焊接(jie)飛(fei)濺(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)量增(zeng)多(duo).縱(zong)截(jie)(jie)面熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)逐(zhu)漸(jian)增(zeng)加,縱(zong)截(jie)(jie)面熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)最(zui)(zui)大(da)流(liu)(liu)動速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)逐(zhu)漸(jian)增(zeng)大(da),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)橫(heng)(heng)截(jie)(jie)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)面積(ji)逐(zhu)漸(jian)減(jian)小。當表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)力(li)(li)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)-2.5×10-4N/(m·K)時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)3.28 mm、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)最(zui)(zui)大(da)流(liu)(liu)動速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)2.89 m/s、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)橫(heng)(heng)截(jie)(jie)面面積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)4.52 mm2;當表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)力(li)(li)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)-3.5×10-4N/(m·K)時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)3.73 mm、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)最(zui)(zui)大(da)流(liu)(liu)動速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)3.53 m/s、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)橫(heng)(heng)截(jie)(jie)面面積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)4.03 mm2;當表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)力(li)(li)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)-4.9×10-4N/(m·K)時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)4.14 mm、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)最(zui)(zui)大(da)流(liu)(liu)動速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)4.09 m/s、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)橫(heng)(heng)截(jie)(jie)面面積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)3.28 mm2。
